APsystems is introducing the EMA Manager app, a new tool designed for managing the commissioning, monitoring, and troubleshooting of APsystems microinverter systems. This app enables installers to improve their customer service capabilities on-the-go using their smartphone or tablet. The EMA Manager app streamlines the installation of monitored systems and offers installers a host of new and enhanced features for remote site management.

Users can now access all the features available in the EMA web portal directly on their smartphone or tablet with a single sign-in. Real-time system checks, diagnostics capabilities, and troubleshooting functionalities are at the fingertips of installers through the EMA Manager App. Available for download on Google Play alongside a revamped ECU_APP, this new app enhances connectivity between ECUs and microinverters, provides insights into energy production, offers system troubleshooting functionalities, and enables complete site configuration and monitoring without the necessity of being physically on-site.

The EMA Manager app also includes installer-specific statistics such as total customer count, number of installed inverters, and cumulative energy production. These metrics offer installers valuable insights and serve as a unique selling proposition to highlight their environmental impact.

This new app release coincides with APsystems achieving over 100,000 registered installations in more than 120 countries through its EMA platform.
